1. Eligibility
Participation in the Blue Dot Challenge is open to individuals or teams who meet the age and other eligibility requirements as stated on the Competition website. Participants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Submission Guidelines
To be considered for evaluation, all submissions must:
· Be the original work of the entrant(s)
· Address the prompt as outlined in the official Competition brief
· Be submitted by the stated deadline

By submitting an entry, however, the entrant grants the Organizing Committee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted work for purposes related to the promotion, administration, and documentation of the Competition.
4. Judging and Recognition
Entries will be assessed by a panel of independent judges selected by the Organizing Committee. Evaluation will be based on criteria such as originality, problem relevance, feasibility, and design clarity. The judges’ decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Recognition may be conferred in the form of Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards, or other distinctions at the sole discretion of the Committee. Awards are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, unless explicitly stated.
